Q: What materials can this machine handle?
A: It is fully compatible with Alu-Alu, Alu-PVC, and Paper-Alu. It's ideal for liquid and solid items like honey, candy, and healthcare products.
What materials are used in contact with the products? Do they comply with sanitary standards?
To prevent contamination, all contact parts on our blister machines are strictly made of premium SS316L (roughness Ra≤0.4μm). Non-contact structures use SS304. Full material certificates can be provided.
Can we mail our packaging films or raw materials to your factory for testing?
Yes! We provide free material testing. You can mail 1-2 kg of materials/films to our factory. Our engineers will perform trial runs, record HD videos, and provide optimization reports.
Can you provide a complete turn-key blister packaging line integrating cartoning?
Yes, we specialize in turn-key solutions. We can integrate your blister machine with our automatic cartoner, weight check, and serialization systems. We provide custom CAD/3D factory layout plans.
How do you conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before dispatching the machine?
We run the machine under full load for 24-48 hours and perform trial tests using your sent materials. You can inspect the process in person or participate via live video FAT.
What is the standard production lead time, and do you support split shipments?
Standard machines take 30-45 days, and custom lines take 60-90 days. If your facility is built in phases, we can adjust our schedule to match your site readiness and arrange split shipments.
Do you have small-scale blister packing machines for laboratory research?
Yes, our Lab Series (e.g., DPP-88/140) supports small-batch testing. It is designed to export recipe parameters easily, allowing seamless scaling up to larger industrial production.
